Start-up
After the purchase of any of our equipment, our technicians will be on site to carry out the start-up. During this process, all necessary tests will be performed and machine-specific training will be carried out.
Technical Assistance
The technical department coordinates telephone assistance and our technicians’ travels from our facilities. The reliability of our machines and the experience of our factory technicians is essential to be able to offer a quick response in any case.
Repairs
Within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the material, the repair is carried out and returned duly tested to the customer. This service is very useful in pumps or heads, which, being mechanical elements, can have greater wear and tear.
Spare parts
Being manufacturers of our machined spare parts, and having stock for the rest of the spare parts, allow us to deliver the requested material in less than 24 hours in 95% of the cases.
