This series of machines is the answer to applications where dosing accuracy and synchronization with the profiling machine (in the case of profiles) or with the filter feeder line are essential. Our long experience in this sector has allowed us to develop very reliable machines that meet our customers’ high standards.
For profiles, they allow polyurethane to be injected for up to 4 hours without head washing, thus improving production times. The equipment is available with flow rates between 0.5 and 5 kg/min, and can reach mixing ratios between 6:1 and 1:6. In most cases, this equipment is equipped with a head displacement system (1-2 Axes), allowing the head to be moved closer to the injection point and allowing the displacement for washing.
The flow rate of the machine will vary according to a reference signal coming from the profiling machine, maintaining at all times the air supply level in the head. This equipment has a large-format touch screen where the values are displayed continuously. It also has established programs to be able to vary the profile or density without having to reprogram the machine at any time.
Continuous R&D adapted to each point of the machine: head, valves, agitator, cooling system and peripheral elements, allows to work in a continuous/semi-continuous way in all sectors. We adapt our machines to work with different flow rates, foams and densities according to each customer’s needs.
