PURMATIC low pressure polyurethane dosing and mixing machines are precision equipment, easy to use and maintain, allowing precise work for all types of applications.
During the process, the polyol and isocyanate components are pumped through the gear pumps to the valves located in the mixing head, from where they return to the recirculating tanks, or open into the mixing chamber where a dynamic agitator mixes the components, enabling a casting to take place.
The design of the HB head replaces solvents with water in the washing process, and allows the use of various components in the head, isocyanates, polyols, dyes, foaming agents, catalysts, additives, among others. The polyol and isocyanate components are recirculated at low pressure between 2 and 7 bar, and the mixture is produced by a mechanical agitator rotating at 6000 rpm. The equipment is available with flow rates between 1 and 300 kg/min, and all of them reach mixing ratios between 4:1 and 1:4. For programming, a PLC with touch screen is available from which the sequence parameters and work programs are entered by selecting flow rate, mixing ratio and casting times.
This low pressure equipment will allow us to work with all types of PU foam. (Flexible, Integral, Rigid, Semi-rigid or bi-component adhesive).
