Purmatic offers its customers the possibility of acquiring a foaming equipment for the production of discontinuous blocks. This high flow BP Series offers precision, reliability, high capacity with minimum maintenance and all the features of any of our low pressure equipment.
Large capacity tanks, precision gear pumps, calirofugado system, pipes of suitable section for each machine flow, independent valves, and high flow HB head, are part of the machine set that together with the agitator allows a homogeneous mixing of the different components.
They are very flexible equipment to be able to “formulate” by mixing different components such as: polyols, isocyanates, catalysts, silicones, colorants, foaming agents or additives, among others. It can be configured to work from 2 to 12 components on the head and with flow rates from 100 to 400 kg/min.
Depending on their configuration, these equipments can work with flexible, rigid or durometer foams, with final densities from 20 to 1200 Kg/m3 . For some applications the equipment can include an air atomization system in the same head.
