This, together with our agitator designs, means that our BP equipment ensures homogeneous mixing at all times for every type of application.
Our knowledge and experience in the different sectors have made it possible for us to develop different types of heads in response to market needs. We have specific heads for blinds, filters, hot and cold elastomers, among others.
These heads are composed of a central body and opening and closing valves. The design of both the body and the valves allows them to work at different flow rates, viscosities and temperatures, always ensuring accuracy and repeatability in each casting.
This low pressure equipment will allow us to work with all types of PU foam. (Flexible, Integral, Rigid, Semi-rigid or bi-component adhesive).
