This allows the mixing of the components in the head, as it has nozzles that atomize the two products, thus allowing a very homogeneous mixture.
The equipment is available with flow rates from 8 to 300 kg/min. All of them are equipped with variable displacement pumps and achieve mixing ratios between 1:5 and 5:1, with working pressures up to 230 bar.
It also includes electronic pressure and temperature regulators. It also has a hydraulic unit to drive the pistons of the heads.
This machine will have one or more axial or L type mixing heads in order to respond to different applications. The size of these heads shall be proportionate to the working flow rate.
All our high pressure equipment has different options to adapt the machine to the needs of each customer.
Only our equipment is also equipped with a test head that allows a real calibration of the individual components.
