Elastomeric PUs are becoming more and more important in the cast polyurethane market, due to the large number of existing technical applications. Properties such as hardness, abrasion resistance and elasticity make elastomers the solution for a multitude of applications in different industrial sectors.
The variability of elastomeric PU systems on the market means that we have developed flexible equipment, adaptable to the different existing systems.
Our equipment works with all types of prepolymers and curatives.
This flexibility allows us to offer equipment that adapts to the needs of our customers. Tanks of various capacities, made of carbon or stainless steel, heated cabins, magnetic coupling, heated pipes. are some of the elements that make up our machines.
To work with elastomers, we have designed a line of mixing heads and specific agitators. HBE heads, both the heads and the agitators are designed to work with all types of elastomers, being able to work at different flow rates, viscosities and temperatures, always ensuring precision and repeatability in each casting.
